Your item must be returned within 14 days of the order being placed. I cannot exchange or refund products after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
I can only exchange an item if the one you received is defective or damaged. If you want to exchange it for the same item, please send me an email email@example.com including images of the damaged item and packaging. I will let you know if I need to return the item before I can issue a replacement. In the case of defective or damage, I will cover all postage costs.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
I am happy to offer refunds for items returned to me in their original condition. If you wish for a refund instead of a replacement, products should be returned to me in the same packaging as issued to you. Once the item is received in good condition, then a refund of the original purchase price will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
