Dream of sleeping

I've always suffered (perhaps not the right word*) with not being able to sleep easily. It's got better as I've got older (and had two children which really does tire you out). I recall many, many nights when this is all I would be doing though... staring, dreaming of being able to go to sleep without all the troubling thoughts raging through my mind.

* I say suffer as I know for many it is felt this way, for me, I have learned to live with it and turned it into a positive (which actually helped me to sleep). Some of my best ideas, craziest thoughts, deep questions (and answers) on life have all been found in that moment of desperation to go to sleep, so it's not always a bad thing.
